Intensives are a group of sessions, 4 or more, that take place within a week. These sessions may occur twice a day with at least 2 hours between, or once a day on consecutive days. This is suitable for adults coping with chronic pain and injury. The intensive allows for a more transformative experience and permanent neuroplastic change.  The skills learned will have a better chance for integration and retention.  The intensive may be repeated on a monthly or bi-monthly basis as required. The break in between intensives allows for skills to be refined in the student’s daily life.
